What is this game?
Rune Alpha is a server/client roll-playing game being developed day and night by the administration. There will be a beta version known as "midnight" released in a very short amount of time. Midnight, as it's name implies, will be updated at around midnight (gmt -5) every night as we work closer and closer to the final release. This version will be playable by anyone and everyone until the final release is initiated.We are striving to follow through with the following attributes in the final release:
- A dynamic economy
- A method of trading among players known as the "Grand Exchange"
- The ability to summon creatures (a.k.a. familiars) to assist them with their adventures across RuneAlpha
Fun and interesting mini-games
- A method of trading for players to give and receive items with each other
- A perfected combat system
- An active and supportive staff team
- Hours and hours of unique gameplay
- An area to receive rare and efficient armour known as "Godwars"
- A lag free environment
